The spindle performs with a speed of about 2840rpm, provides the rotary & feeding movement to the tool, runs at right angles to the spindle axis and has improved automation to accommodate different types of work. The base and frame of the machine have high compressive strength, good wear resistance and the column is designed to handle a heavy load.
The pneumatic clamp holds the workpiece reliably, enables superior load balance and suitable to support the long work. All the controls are housed to clamp the material at a particular position and give close attention to the workpiece while processing.
