Functions & Features

The pneumatic chuck has an automatic centering system and can easily clamp the materials such as a square tube, round tube, elliptical tube, flat tube, triangular tube, I-beam & other materials. It has a front & rear chuck that holds the material with accurate clamping force and adjusts accordingly to the various tube diameters & wall thicknesses.
The tube laser cutting machine semi-automatic loading system can feed the raw material up to 800kg, adjust the workpiece in the chuck and the blanking clamp device helps to hold the wide of the tube accurately which improves the cutting accuracy. The auto-focus laser head produces a precise cut and calculates the focal length to emit the laser beam.
The cooling system has dual temperature auto-tracking to detect the thermal affection and also has an overheat alarm system as protection to indicate it. The dust extraction device does entirely automatic cleaning every time, avoids a polluted environment and provides flawless metal cutting.
These automated functions ease the operation along with intelligent monitoring function with improved machining efficiency. It has an extensive range of capabilities to make profile cutting and ideal for a variety of applications. The fiber laser beam size with its much smaller wavelength gives the ability to cut intricate shapes & sharp edges and offer a perfect surface finish.
