The fence is the guider used to keep the material parallel to the blade, secures a workpiece and serves its purpose of accurate cut. The bridge guards have the capacity to cover the full length of material, protects the whole planing area, important contribution in providing more working safety and help for the output in uniform thickness & width.
The table height adjustment lever is used to handle the height desired for the output & depth of cut and saves the material from measurement or dimensional errors. In a surface planer machine, the four planer knife attached to the shaft helps to achieve an even smoother surface while planing.
For the extraction of wood dust & chips originating from the operation, it is connected with the dust hood to keep the place dust-free, occupational safety and avoid health hazards.
