Components of The Machine​

Konica Print Head
The 4-8 Konica print head with four color configuration such as KCMY has a maximum ink drop size up to 13 PL. It prints on various media, has impressive throughput, reduces ink usage and greatly improves operational flexibility.

PhotoPRINT
Roll to roll UV LED printer adopts PhotoPRint as RIP software that assists to create the print files, makes the raster image as a digital image processing and can track the workflow efficiently. It automates the operating instructions from the start to end of printing, highly interactive and user-friendly software.

Negative Pressure System
The negative pressure system & white ink stirring system is the versatile printing system that enables the print head to supply the ink with proper pressure and balance the pressure between the ink tank & head. It drops the accurate ink onto the media for optimal color density, smoother color gradation and lowers the ink being used.

Servo System
The Panasonic 400W A6 servo system moves the carriage accurately on the print substrate and designed to present perfect printing quality by driving it more stably. It runs with minimum noise, prevents the media deformation and maintains the machinery perfect(maybe) over the life of the printer from damage risk.

Backlight Panel
The huge LED backlight panel is equipped to check the results after the printing which avoids output with wrinkles and reduces the rejection rate.
