The perfect industrial design with automatic blanking function to avoid human intervention & increases the operator.

Functions & Features

In a plate and tube laser cutting machine, the automatic pneumatic chuck is designed to realize quick clamping which rotates by motor, driving the workpiece for the processing and can produce different clamping forces. It can hold thin-walled tubes & also heavy-duty pipes, has higher repeat positioning accuracy and equipped with an automatic centering chuck in the rear & front end.
The laser with automatic focus function position calculates the focal length on its own with a pointer and detects the material then calibrate the length. It shortens the perforation time, no need for manual focusing that saves a lot of time, significantly increases the cutting effect of the product and makes the operation simple & convenient.
The CAD nesting software helps to use less raw material and saves more metal by inputting the accurate design. It creates the nests, makes the parts ready for the cutting and the supporting file formats are DXF, PLT, AI & other graphics formats.

Laser Source
The IPG fiber laser source generates laser light and provides a quality laser beam & efficient energy that causes instant melting or evaporation for cutting at the fastest speed with the lowest cost.

Servo Motor
The high-accelerated servo motor drives the machine at high speed, generates high peak constant torque and operates the machine with good efficiency.

Annealed Machine
The machine frame is made up of solid steel plate by using precise welding technique, increases ductility, processed under annealing and destressing treatment and produces error-free operation.

Reducer
It is from Neugart, produces the speed needed for the operation, adjusts the speed and reduces gears misalignment on both the input & output shafts.
