The CNC plasma cutting machine F-Series applies the jet of hot plasma cutting approach to process the metals for a wide variety of purposes. Further, the gas overheats to change the state of ionized & electrical conductives and forms the plasma. This energy of plasma transfers to the material to cause the separation of material where the plasma contacts via a nozzle. The nozzle of the machine controls the flow of the plasma gas to produce precise cuts, smooth finishes and reduces the deformation of the products.

The Powermax85® has more power about 85 amps for an output current, designed for maximum uptime and productivity. The machine offers the latest smart sense technology is used to adjust the gas pressure automatically and ensures that pressure always sets correctly. The various Duramax torch styles help the operators to select the exact tool to make the job easier by using the same system.

The Powermax105® plasma system delivers an exact duty cycle & Better performance in cutting capabilities of about 30mm thick metals. High-quality cut & gouge, let us spend less time in grinding and edge preparation. It offers the latest technology of smart sense that adjusts the gas pressure automatically. Seven Duramax torch styles assist the operator for versatility in industrial cutting such as x-y table, hand, portable automation, robotic and gouging jobs.

The Powermax125® plasma system delivers maximum power and performance for air plasma that helps for toughest cutting and gouging jobs fastly. It offers 100% exact duty cycles that maximize the cutting time, fast gouge metal removal and smart sense technology adjust the gas pressure automatically. Eleven Duramax® Hyamp™ torch styles provide the operator with various cutting options such as x-y, hand, portable automation, extended reach, robotic and gouging jobs by using the same system.
