Components of The Machine​

Fiber Laser Source
The IPG fiber laser source of the laser cutting machine helps to emit the laser beam for the instant melt or evaporation of the material and takes the processing level to a large extent.

Servo Motors & Drives
The servo motor works continuously to drive the operation stably for other parts delivery efficiency, producing huge torque and increasing the utilization rate of the machine.

Gear & Rack
The helical rack & gear makes the overall operation of the machine be on the linear motion at the rack from the rotational motion that ensures the processing strength away from misalignments.

Speed Reducer
The straight-toothed planetary gearbox can determine the speed, controls the level of speed needed for the functional operation and protects the material from deformation.

Laser Cutting Head
The laser cutting head is moving over the material to cut out the desired shape from the metal. The extended cutting performance with an optimized beam which is guided by the head gives high-precision output.

Controller System

Dust Collector
