Print Head
The Dimatiz Starfire 1024 print head assists in printing high-resolution output with accurate details and vibrant colors. It is known for durability, reliability and leading to reduced maintenance & downtime. Compatible with a wide range of substrates or ink types and makes it versatile for various applications.
Ink Supply System
The large format printer has a negative pressure recirculation system containing a balancing unit & pressure protection unit to assure steady ink delivery. It has features that include ink reservoirs, ink level sensors to monitor and a pumping mechanism for controlled ink delivery. It offers automated ink placement to reduce operator intervention.
Drying System
The large format solvent printer is equipped with pre, mid and extended IR heater offers numerous features to dry the media ink. The pre-IR gives ink adhesion by warming up the substrate, mid-IR enhances color vibrancy & cures the ink on the materials and extended IR provides thorough curing & prevents smudging.
Media Feeding System
An automatic media feeding system precisely feeds the material avoiding jams or wrinkles. An air shaft taking up system winds up the media, motor-driven advances to the substrate and an integrated setup enables continuous processing.
RIP Software
PhotoPrint RIP software with a GZ control console acts as an intermediary between the computer and the digital printing machine. It interprets the image files, converts them into a machine understandable format. It adjusts color profiles and resolutions as required.
