Components of The Machine

Print Head
The large format printer has KM 1024a/1024i print heads receive digital image data from a computer, tiny nozzles expel ink droplets on the media in a specific requirement pattern. It moves back and forth across the media, ink drops forms the desired image and repeats until the entire output is printed.

Curing System
The LED UV curing system delivers instant curing, enabling rapid production and immediate handling of substrates. It is energy-efficient, reducing power consumption & operational costs and emits minimal heat that makes it suitable for heat-sensitive substrates. It is eco-friendly, emitting no harmful chemicals, long lifespan and has more environmental benefits.

Ink Supply System
A large format roll to roll printer uses the negative pressure system as an ink supply to print on the media precisely. The white ink recirculation system continuously circulates the white ink which prevents clogging, enhances color consistency and reduces ink wastage. It optimized white ink performance, lowered downtime and material wastage.

Anti-collision Unit
The automatic collision detection unit operates based on sensors and real-time monitoring. It continuously scans the path using sensors to detect any obstacles or irregularities on the media. When an obstruction is identified, it stops the process to avoid collision. Ensures safe & uninterrupted printing that prevents damage to both machine & media.

RIP Software
The large format printer uses FlexiPRINT as RIP software along with GZ printer manager. It converts digital image files into a format that the printer can understand, processes the image data and prints on the media. The software generates a raster image to create the final output.
