Components of The Machine​

Print head
The hybrid printer is fitted with a Konica 1024i/1024a which plays a pivotal role in the printing process. It has the responsibility of releasing ink droplets onto the media substrate. Improves the final print output, color accuracy and image sharpness.

Curing system
A large format hybrid printer has dual water cooling LED UV lamps as a curing system that efficiently cures inks by using dual lamps, enhancing printing speed and quality. The water cooling mechanism prevents overheating and maintains consistent output. It assists in delivering faster while prioritizing energy efficiency.

Negative Pressure System
The negative pressure system is useful in maintaining a controlled vacuum within the ink delivery system. It prevents air bubbles and provides consistent ink flow to the print head. The white ink stirring and circulation system maintains uniform distribution and prevention of clogging.

Linear Motor & Metal Encoder
Equipped with linear motor and metal encoder significantly provides accurate print head movements. This dynamic combination minimizes the vibrations, accelerates the printing speeds, sharpens output and lowers the processing noise level.

RIP Software
Using the FlexiPRINT with GZ printer manager as RIP software translates any image files into a format that the machine can understand and reproduce the output accurately. It allows adjustment of image settings and managing printing queues. It supports various file formats resulting in consistent and vibrant prints in modern digital printing workflows.
