Our fully integrated hydraulic shearing machine is designed with a strong steel frame to work fast, also to produce accurate shearing without vibration or material deformation and the solid structure ensures efficient operation. It works by moving the upper and fixed lower blade to separate the material for the various thicknesses and required size. The hydraulic system is integrated with a high degree of stability, reliability, durability and accommodate the perfect cutting edge for the end product.

Functions & Features

The CNC controls the adjustment of blade clearance, cut length, cutting angle automatically and can change the settings quickly. The backgauge mechanism is available on the blade holder to experience the accurate positioning of the workpiece.
The movement of backgauge is controlled by the motor and to know the length of the cut in the material. The upper blade connected with the hydraulic cylinder leads the movement up and down. The movable upside and fixed lower blades, together known as a shear blade can process the material from low to high thicknesses and improve the service life of the blade.
The hydraulic shearing machine reduces sheet distortion & operator fatigue, increases production, semi-skilled operator can use the equipment and can increase the overall output of the shearing operation. A hydraulic cylinder is installed on the sides of the rack and works based on the pushup mechanism. The hydraulic fluid gives power to the hydro-cylinder to drive in the right motion.

Equipped with this controller that has positioning capabilities to ensure multiple & different size cuttings possible, automatic adjustment of cutting angle and simplifies the machining operation. By using this, can adjust to the proper position in the cutting sheet that prevents the blade breakage or damage to blade edge, accurately control the vibration, orientation and give less material distortion.

The high-performance motor-driven shears utilize efficient operations and also guides blades up & downside movements for the shearing of piece part without sacrificing the cutting quality. It is capable of shearing the material up to a thickness of 6mm (varies) with pressure that makes things work by providing greater force for the blade to shear by using motor and hydro-cylinder.

In hydraulic shearing machine, the ball screw makes the function to work on rotary motion into linear motion & withstand remarkable stress/weight and the guide is used for the extremely smooth running of the machine.

The hydraulic cylinder is driven by a hydraulic system used to drive the movement of the blade up and down by shear force and produce output for the different types of metal materials to meet the demands. The bearing guides provide the constant blade gap and ensure the straight cut every time.
