Print Head
The Epson print head of the flatbed printing machine offers exact droplet placement on the substrates to result in high-resolution prints with vivid colors. Variable Dot Technology
The drop on demand piezo variable dot technology enables precise control over ink droplet size, producing variable dots for gradients with fine details. It ensures high-quality output, enhances color accuracy, reduces ink consumption, avoids the risk of nozzle clogging and results in cost savings.

Negative Pressure System
The Gntek negative pressure system with white ink stirring & circulation system has modernized capabilities, maintains consistent negative pressure, preventing air bubbles in the white ink and ensuring smooth & uninterrupted printing. It supports efficient ink usage, avoids downtime related to ink-related issues and increases productivity.

Curing System
Flatbed printing machine uses dual water cooling LED UV lamps as a curing system utilizes water cooling to maintain optimal operating temperatures and ensure the longevity of UV lamps. It supports dual lamps for faster curing including heat-sensitive materials. The cooling system avoids heat transfers to the media which prevents material distortion.

RIP Software
The flatbed machine has Onyx RIP software with GZ control console that provides a range of features, gives advanced color management, supports efficient nesting, job preparation from the design files and control over ink usage.
