Components of The Machine​

Chuck
Fiber laser tube cutting machine consists of two chucks to hold the tube in place, makes a synchronized rotational motion around the axis and the axial & radial feed is made by laser head for cutting.

Fiber Laser Source
The IPG laser source gives a higher level of beam quality, completes the operation at a quicker rate and achieves an extremely accurate level of precision with increased power densities.

Reducer
The reducer is the transmission device that allows changing the speed and delivering the controlled torque output for the motor to achieve optimal performance.

Servo Motor
The servo motor operates the process quietly, drives the machine, generates the constant torque at any speed and helps for stable operation with incredibly demanded accuracy.

Nesting Software
The pipe cutting numerical control system is based on the Windows and CAM nesting software simplifies the process of instructing the program to utilize the material without wastage.

Rack & Pinion
The rack & pinion are used to increase the transmission accuracy and lesser backlashes. The guide rail allows for safe & precise movement of the print head & carriage. The independent dust extraction captures & discharges the suspended dust to ensure a clean environment. It provides superior end parts at a lower price, increased cut precision, has lower consumables costs and an extremely high production rate.
