The 3 Functions is a combination wood cutting machine that includes three functions such as a surface planer, thicknesser & mortiser, has a combination of several types of operations in the small unit without sacrificing more space for individual machines. It is having multiple advantages that feature the ability to act as a surface planer and when reconfigured can work as a thicknesser or mortiser. Surface Planer
The planer provides the flat even wooden surface to the material after the cut is produced and gives the required measurement consistency in shape. After the workpiece is placed on the flattened board, the roller helps to feed the material for the surface finish. It makes the exact thickness in all the dimensions and removes the rough spots generated in the process of cutting to make a smooth output.
Mortiser
It is used to drill up the holes in the wooden surface and creates square, rectangular or required mortise to insert the tenon joint. It is designed with an accurate clamping system that enables the material holding, leads the chisel lower into the workpiece to make the hole and makes sure that the lock mortise piece will fit in the tenon joint perfectly.
