Components of The Machine

The Co2 laser cutting machine has a DSP control system as controlling software to manage the setting of cutting power, angle and number of passes. Also, can set the production speed consistently depending on the material density and thickness.The Co2 laser delivers a fast initial piercing time, the ability to apply finish to a product and does not require post-machining treatments to finish it.

The stepper motor drives the laser beam path accurately along with fast cutting and greatly reduces the maintenance required. The chiller satisfies the cooling requirements of the components and makes the CO2 laser cutting very cost-effective.
