The CNC hydraulic press brake is highly evolved into advanced machinery powered with hydraulic system and computer-controlled technology to bend the sheet & plate metal with ease for the simple & complex parts. It works by using a punch & die attached which is set at predetermined angles to bend, press or cut into various shapes and forms. The principle relies on the forces applied to the material during a bend.
If the ram starts to press the punch & die against the sheet metal by lower die, it begins to change the shape according to the die set design and offers full force at any stroke position. Allows more control, consistent strokes, delivers precise & high-quality products. It can process various types of metals and a variety of bends & unique structures and permits to do versatile applications.
It is used to adjust the stoke throughout the length of the material and also reset the speed at any position by the program to have control over the stroke & position. The siemens motor consumes less energy, moves the punch & die back and forth effectively, produces precise bending results and perfectly works with the controller in CNC hydraulic press brake.

Linear Guide
It is mounted on the linear guide, can adjust the height up & down or rightwards & leftwards, easy handling with little effort due to its low weight and prevents the scratch in the material. The very simple, user-friendly control unit, even the semi-skilled operators can conveniently program that improves labor efficiency and shortens the production cycle. Provides the precise pressure for the bending process while clamping the material, holds the material in the right position and reduces the processing downtime.

Ram’s Motion
It is much safer to work, doesn’t require as much effort to operate, increased the production speed, quality and efficiency of bending metals. The bending angle is accurately controlled by constantly regulating the ram’s motion. The ram is connected with the machining system to keep it parallel throughout the bending process.
