Print Head
The Starfire 1024 print head with three rows staggered for superior output and piezo variable dot technology. It ensures high-resolution and vibrant & fast printing making it suitable for various digital printing applications.
Ink Supply System
The solvent printer 5.3 meter uses the negative pressure recirculation system for the ink supply with a 5L ink tank size. This system has a pressure balancing unit & pressure protection unit for steady ink flow, lowers ink waste and can accurately control ink usage. It enables color accuracy, easy ink replacement and delivering precise ink quantities.
Drying System
The pre, mid & extended infrared heater cures the media instantly. The pre-IR heater warms the media, mid-IR dries the ink & provides perfect color saturation and the extended IR heater provides additional drying that prevents smudging. It results in vibrant and long-lasting output for the operation with the printer.
Media Delivery System
A multi-roll media feeding system with rubber feeding rollers operates by using multiple rolls of media. It adjusts the roller pressure accordingly to prevent jams or misalignment. It helps for reliable media feeding, continuous operation and rollers ensure precise media advancement.
RIP Software
PhotoPrint RIP software with GZ control console assists in converting digital printer understandable format from the input file. It allows for easy adjustment of print settings and optimizing output for various applications.
