Print Head
The Epson i3200 U1 print head features precision ejection of ink droplets onto the substrate. It gives the high-resolution capability for sharp images, adjustable for versatility and quality optimization. It is designed with advanced features for easy maintenance and precise ink control.
Curing System
The roll to roll UV printer has dual water cooling LED UV lamps providing essential features for curing inks efficiently. It consists of two lamps for even curing rapidly across the substrate. It maintains lamp temperature, long lifespan minimizes operating costs and ensures precise output.
Piezo With Variable Dot
Drop on demand piezo with variable dot technology controls ink droplet size precisely, produces fine details and smooth gradients. It offers versatility by adjusting droplet sizes to match printing requirements. The quick & accurate droplet ejection avoids misprints and is compatible with various inks & substrates.
Ink Supply System
A bulk ink supply system has large-capacity reservoirs with 1000ml for extended printing runs and reduced downtime. It includes ink level monitoring for efficient management. The white ink recirculation system prevents pigment settling, maintains pigment dispersion, reducing clogs and print inconsistencies.
RIP Software
The FlexiPRINT/Onyx RIP software with GZ printer manager offers key features such as control of color accuracy, nesting tools for efficient image and provides support for various file formats that make it versatile for different workflows.
