Our vacuum press machine is used to make different shapes with a highly elastic silicone material membrane. It is designed with a heating system that allows for preparing the material and forming solid surfaces into shapes. It is ideal for shaping the panel from a variety of materials by configured suction and reliable vacuum pumps. The accurate cycle timers & vacuum controls deliver the perfect performance and make a stack of materials with variable sizing & heights based on the demands. The vacuum press machine provides high-quality output, energy-efficient oil-lubricated vacuum pumps and combined thermo heating & forming unit.

The transparent silicone membrane offers the unmatched output, suited for the flat pressing of uneven materials and helps to pressurize the mold to take out its shape that removing air from the chamber. This process is very gentle, involves hearing, stretching & vacuuming over a mold and using reliable vacuum pumps & its variable pressure adjustment.
