Our hotwire CNC foam cutting machine model Cream200 is designed to cut through the polystyrene for the 2d & 3d shapes with the thin length of wire via a low electrical usage that vaporizes the material and produces the clean cut. It is fully automated and allows precise cuts without any compromise in speed & quality. The structure is made up of powder coated steel which is very strong and the processing is done with heat & not with physical contact. It helps to keep the workplace safe & dust-free and results in a smooth surface for the finished product.

A hotwire CNC foam cutting machine needs only the graphics Nettuno software to input the required size & to draw the design required and the machine will process automatically to cut the shape from the material. The software can handle both 2d & 3d designs effectively and gives fast production and a variety of models.
The stepper motor drives the linear guide rods for the exact axis movement and also rigid construction helps to withstand the stretch tension between two ends. The recirculating ball bearing guides uses for the movement precision in the both x & y direction.
The different operations can be performed by digital wireless handheld keypad such as change of cutting speed, jog moving, turntable rotation and access to change the axes position etc.
