Functions & Features

The super precise vacuum table with four separate partitions is designed to manage the media based on its size, avoid the thermal expansion or contraction of material, maintain the media parallelism and suitable for light & heavy media.
A flatbed UV printer is using dual water cooling LED UV lamp as a curing system, effectively removing the excess heat to ensure a uniform, stable and long life for the material. UV lamps consume low energy for their processing and save cost.
The smart negative pressure system is separately available for CMYK & white color that supplies the liquid ink to the printing head, improves the stability, avoids the overflow of ink and prolongs the life span of the print head.
The dual linear guide rail helps for stable carriage movement, more precise printing resolution and provides a comfortable working environment by noiseless & smooth operation even at high-speed printing,

Components of The Machine

Ricoh Gen5 Printhead
The 3-8 Ricoh Gen5 industrial printhead adopts a piezoelectric nozzle that is not easy to corrode or block the head, variable ink drop printing maximum up to 20pl, clearly prints the fonts & images and high photo-level accuracy at a maximum resolution of 720 x 1200 dpi.

PhotoPrint
The ripping software is like a printer driver, suitable for the digital printing machines to get the best possible results as high-resolution raster images from the vector images.

Caldera
A flatbed UV printer allows for an increased workflow to process the multiple files at a time, organizes the job lineup to produce a more efficient flow of printing that saves money & time for other tasks and reduces waste.

Servo Motor
The direction driving movement is managed by separate servo motors to assure the exact performance of the printing unit and meets the need for fast response. The dual 400w AC motor drives the head for the Y direction and the X-direction movement, a 750w AC motor is used.

Anti-collision System
A flatbed UV printer has an anti-collision system that protects & avoids damage to the printing head and once it touches the media, the sensor available at the controller switches on to stop the carriage.

Height Detector
An automatic height detector prevents the head from a crash and also saves the media from scratching, adjusts the height according to various media thicknesses and it can detect the material up to the thickness of 100mm.

0-21 Picolitre
