Functions & Features

A negative pressure recirculation system gives durability to the printhead, prevents the overflow of ink and enhances spot color reproduction without losing the quality of the image & avoids more ink usage. Superior print quality across the entire machining lifespan, less maintenance and low operational wastage.
The large format printer 3.2 meter is equipped with pre, mid, post and extended heaters with an intelligent QT drying system accelerating the drying time of the printed materials. Quickly dries the ink on the media and enables beautiful print output without a grainy appearance. Enables printing on a wide media up to 3200mm width for saving energy, cost & time and handles a broad scope to print for indoor & outdoor applications.
The 2X power Panasonic servo system works for exceptional performance to drive the machine in the exact motion and it is compact, lighter weight & provides higher torque at high speed. The machine frame structure, durable aluminum beam and beam holders enable fast throughput of operation, avoid material waste and deformation of output.
The print head adjusts the height on its own based on the thickness of the material before starting the printing process and avoids crashes by using the sensors of the anti-collision detector system & to decrease the wastage of media. The ink purge system cleans the nozzles to maintain the constant printing & prevents the printhead from ink drying inside and protects from dust that might cause damage to it.

Dimatix Printhead
The dimatix 6 Starfire printhead staggers in 3 rows with safety protection is highly productive, has 1200dpi printing quality mode, native ink drop size of 25pl and provides optimal results at high print resolutions.

Redijet Recirculation
The redijet recirculation technology continuously circulates the ink at the nozzle via printhead and improves startup. It increases the inherent production capability, reduces downtime and maintenance time.

Onyx / PhotoPrint
The RIP software is responsible for interpreting the input file, comes with a lot of advantageous tools for a better printing workflow and produces the raster image from the design document for the output.

Feeding System
The large format printer 3.2 meter has an automatic taking up and feeding system installed with tension bars to avoid the small slight misalignment of holding the media even in high-speed print. It helps for a lengthy printing operation, can adjust the material according to the required size, length and graphic design file input.
