Functions & Features

Fiber laser tube cutting machine can flexibly perform the opening, contour & profile cutting for U-shaped groove, L-shaped steel, I-shaped steel and other material such as carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy, etc. Handles varieties of tubes & pipes with various thicknesses & diameters for complex patterns and does not require secondary treatment for the output.
The high-speed blanking system makes the unloading function automatically, saves labor costs by manual blanking and reduces safety accidents. It is a fully automated, perfect solution to meet the demand of taking off the finished material systematically and protecting the end-product.
It has a laser indicating system that assists to show the exact aiming & positioning point by red light indication. The cooling system has the function of intelligent dual temperature auto-tracking to monitor the temperature continually, has an alarm to protect the process from overheating and avoids the atomization effect.
The machine bed structure involved annealing treatment & relieved the stress, making the frame stable and eliminating cut defects. It helps for stronger beam structure & longer machine lifespan and reduces the amount of deformation that improves the processing accuracy.

Components of The Machine

Chuck
Fiber laser tube cutting machine consists of two chucks to hold the tube in place, makes a synchronized rotational motion around the axis and the axial & radial feed is made by laser head for cutting.

Fiber Laser Source
The IPG laser source gives a higher level of beam quality, completes the operation at a quicker rate and achieves an extremely accurate level of precision with increased power densities.

Reducer
The reducer is the transmission device that allows changing the speed and delivering the controlled torque output for the motor to achieve optimal performance.

Servo Motor
The servo motor operates the process quietly, drives the machine, generates the constant torque at any speed and helps for stable operation with incredibly demanded accuracy.

Nesting Software
The pipe cutting numerical control system is based on the Windows and CAM nesting software simplifies the process of instructing the program to utilize the material without wastage.

Rack & Pinion
The rack & pinion are used to increase the transmission accuracy and lesser backlashes. The guide rail allows for safe & precise movement of the print head & carriage. The independent dust extraction captures & discharges the suspended dust to ensure a clean environment.
