D-Solar Ultra High Power metal laser cutting machine is the advanced laser cutting type that adopts a fiber laser source to enable the perfect cutting effect. This laser technology utilizes the laser beam with a wavelength of up to 1080nm, producing an extremely small spot size and making it ideal for cutting various metal materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum plate and other thickness of the metal plate. The high-powered beam focuses on the material surface, happening instant vaporizing or melting in the spotted area and by the movement of the laser head.

Functions & Features

The hydraulic lifting exchangeable table gives better load capacity, has the ability to lift the table and equalize the oil pressure for constant balance. It can elevate the heavy material and the hydraulic fluids forcedly run in & out of the cylinder for the lifting.
The laser cutting head has optical series mirror sets to enhance the quality of the beam and a more optimized beam pattern. The automatic focusing system helps for the accurate cut and the internal water cooling circulation system avoids the heat for the stable performance.
The handheld controller is easy to hold, acts as an adjustment function, improves the level of interaction and specifically used for navigation with the machine. It can send commands easily, designed to support the effortless operation and highly flexible to control. It assures the cutting quality consistently, cut edges remain burr-free, no longer post-processing required and provides precise results with rich features.

Servo Motors & Drives

Helical Rack & Gear
